never shipping item...buying items, account goes in red? what happens?
 

So I set up a new paypal account, addy/name etc. not linked to me...it was never verified...I drop ship items once in a while and had the 21 day hold put on a few payments so I gave up on the account. I used it however to buy a gift card that the seller gave me the info to via email. Basically the account will go into the red b/c the buyers will get refunded minus the money I sent out for the gift card.

Will the gift card seller i bought from get the money reversed from their paypal, if so I want to refund them or does paypal just get left holding themselves in this situation? Seems like if they don't reverse my outbound payment and eat the $75 loss it'd be a way to stick it back to them pretty easily and get some free crap...more than happy to as long as i'm not hurting any honest people out there and just the payb astards

Just had an account go about $400 negative. Sold about ten items, withdrew the money then paypal place holds on all of them. they automatically refund 2 people because of a few dollars i had left in balance and the others are holds.
No doubt, they will screw those people by telling them they found in there favor, but no funds to repay. I didn't ship any on the items yet, so I emailed the 8 that were still owed and gave them the tracking numbers of their package and told them to do a chargeback on the card so paypal would not keep there money. I still sent the items, because they cost me very little and i do not like to screw innocent people, just greedy corrupt corporation like ebay and paypal.
