My account was personal i made a mistake i wanted to create a business name suddenly noted i have upgraded to Business account, then after a while started asking me for last 4 ssn and date of birth.
What if i told PayPal i am just in the accounting department, and don't want to give out my social?
Will they ask for tax ID ? or something ?
And is there anyway to provide it?
