How long is the eBay probation
 

Ok I have a eBay account that I opened 1/29/2014. I have 23 sales.

How long will it take so I can transfer my funds to my bank account as soon as I sell a item?

Is there a paypal attached that is verified and confirmed?

Your account must look good & secure in the eyes of paypal as well as ebay.

Approx. what amount is in paypal now?

I have 21 positive feedbacks, 2 negative feedbacks. PayPal account is attached and verified, right now I'm at 10 at 1000

You should start low amount transfers at once.

Dont have more funds held by paypal than needed.

Ok the most I make out of the account is around $300

I never try to make the whole 1000,

Someone told me to make $500 but I don't wanna mess this account up

First set of sales OP, especially the first 25, I do not usually withdraw. I will let them sit until limits reset and then start selling again then slowly withdraw. Has always worked well for me.

However, I understand you may need the funds quicker. Only withdraw the funds that you have received positive feedback for, this is only my findings but always work well.

Ok thank you, sometimes it's hard to received feedback most sellers don't leave feedback

Place reminders when sending the item, message them asking them if the sale was OK, if so please leave feedback etc.

Wouldn't advise to withdraw too quickly.

That's a good idea.

Never withdraw more than $300. Leave a balance for refund and fees. When the account has better standing, then amounts can be increased.

If you are having success with $300, just stick with that for withdrawal...it's a good operation.

Better be careful with your eBay account. 2 Negatives with only 21 feedback is really high.

I have a new stealth and the first listing went for 5 bids. Is it safe to offer best offers to the other 4 second best offers as soon as the auction ends as I have more of the item?

Why don't you just create a new listing, or create a lot of 2 or 3 items in one listing?

Those second chance offers will count as sold amount...e.g. if your limit is 10 per month than those 4 offers will count as 4 of them...think before you send out

Ive found second chance offers are hardly ever taken. I wouldn't bother with it.

I would disagree. It really depends on the items on the users etc. I have lots of more specific harder to find items that I would do second chance offers for a few bidders. The rate of people buying was about 40%. I agree though if you just another person selling generic or a mass listed item. The second chance offer likely won't fly.

Any 2nd chance offers I do, normally are 1 day and I do them right after the item ends. 3 Days max. If you go through the process of Unpaid Item etc. Then do a second chance offer there is like zero chance of selling after 8-10 days have passed.

For the most part 2nd chance offers are great if you are clearing out an item you have qty of at auction and get several bids above what you were expecting.
