Starting again questions re walmart card
 

I am new and purchase ebay stealth.

I am confused about using my nic name and also using my real ssn to get a walmart card.

Are they going to ask for my ssn, ie pay pal or ebay?

It is unclear to me about using my nic name. Is it ok and will all of this fly? Have a new address, phone and bank account now to get a card.

You can operate a PP account without needing to provide your SSN.

Spend a few days reading of the forum. You will come across the answers you need

Walmart Card will not work with Stealth.

If you need a "CC" get a Vanilla Visa Gift Card. If you need a bank, search the forum for banks discussed that work.

Bank accounts need to be have your real info

Paypal does not

1. Dont need the Walmart card so dont use your SSN on it.

2. PP can ask for your SSN - that will depend more on HOW you operate...reading throughout this forum will help you understand how best to work without being asked for your SSN.

I opened a capital one 360 savings account ( used to be "ing" and stealth recommended) with my nic name first and real last name, stealth says if I do the rest I should be ok...now I will do as suggested and get the vanilla card. Stilll nervous.

I bought a Walmart Greendot Visa reloadable card. I registered the card with my real info and SSN. Can i use that card to withdraw my funds from Paypal? When i registere the card online it gave me a routing number and account number..

Will this work ?

That is how I opened my stealth accounts. But I am new also and now reading that these won't work makes me wonder? I used the routing number and account number as a checking account for paypal and I was verified? Why won't they work? And what exactly is a vanilla visa?

Greendot don't work. Read the forum a little more to find out what works for withdrawing money.

We have covered what works and what doesn't a lot.

Greendot won't work because they don't like deposits in mismatch names...that's why.
ANY card that has Greendot as the bank will NOT work.



Vanilla Visa is a Gift Card.

Well I have a greendot for 2 accounts but my name on PP is similar to my real name. My real name has a unique spelling and therefore is often misspelled so I might have the odds in my favor on this one. I will will stay away from GD cards in the future though. Thanks for the help - always something to learn around here :)

I would recommend that you do a small Paypal transfer to your account, like $20-$30 because sometimes they will take the deposit but block the account from accessing the money or account.

I know that Greendot doesn't like mismatched names but the Walmart prepaid card still works for me. I have 1 now, down from 2, that works in small amounts. I dont go over $1-2K per month.

The Walmart Card is a hit or miss for some, kinda weird thing.
