Changing PP account for eBay

Hello!

I got my ebay account suspended as well my PP account because of an outstanding balance. It is a long story how I got it, but the thing is that my PP account has been deleted.

So I have opened another PP account on my mothers name and wanted to ask, would it get suspended, if I want to link it to my eBay acc, which has an outstanding balance. I just want to pay it, but before that I want to make sure whether it is worth it.

If the new account you created in your mothers name is sharing the same address and IP as the suspended acc, I would say it's not worth it. Better to read the stealth guide and start fresh.
