As title says i need usa paypal stealth account. Obtaining account is not problem. Problem is how to use it and not get flagged.

Can i rent a private dedicated proxy address in usa?

How do you people from outside usa use your US based accounts?

There are services such as VPS that work, look into those.

Quick question,
How do you plan to retrieve your funds? If you plan to do Paypal to Paypal you will get flagged and limited.

You will find many posts about not using proxy address.

Your more sensible option will be VPS.

But that is only provided you resolve all the other issues.
