The how long is a piece of string question.

Some are making purchases with old suspended info.

Others use th GUEST option and get limited all over again. Absolutely payments do get held.

Much is going to come down to the amount being spent, & the state of the seller's account.

For a while this guest option was fine. Then overuse, and thus abuse, meant it too started to give problems.

Is the item available off ebay? Can you make a proper buyer's account?

I have tried the guest last year, and it always failed at payment!

I can make a buying account, if that would work....but I thought that was no longer good also.

Other way around.

Not as wise to use the guest facility.

Unlinked buying account is workable.
