various questions about paypal
 

i am not from USA, but i have USA paypal working fine along with verified bank account.
however, i have a 500$ limit.
i am wondering if payoneer credit card loaded with 10$ on it, can lift the limit more and not get me limited, because it was registered and shipped to my real address.
also asking a bank employee friend, he assured me the nation code of the payoneer card is american.

one final question, i can't purchase anything using paypal until i verify my mobile phone number, however i can withdraw to my bank account without problem.
should i verify my mobile phone number to avoid any future problems or leave it as it is?

also if anyone provides me with a sure method to verify mobile phone number on paypal, i can give in exchange a free and permanent solution for having a permanent american ip adress.
