Do I sue paypal or the buyer for fraud?

hi

i sold some things internationally from china to the us and he received them and then opened a claim and won. the goods were worth thousands and i have his info so i want to know legally if he is at fault or ebay is.

He is at fault for fraud. If he has the items and the money that is fraud. I am in almost the exact situation right now. Paypal is disputing the charges on my behalf(go figure).

It can also depends on what you are selling as well. You say its from China, i assume you can also get in trouble for selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗.
