PP not Limited But eBay Suspended.
Can i keep my PP and just change the bank account number and routing number, or will eBay link old PP account?

I also have (2) PP accounts, can I use the other PP account that was not linked to eBay when suspended?

get your money out and dump the pp, it will be taken down eventually as well.

You can use the PP for off eBay activities or for buying from eBay (if you are still permitted to do that)

Cannot be relinked to another eBay. Creates a link and dooms the account

Why would you use the same name if you don't have to? Opens yourself up to a possible link

You must start again with everything new.

A paypal associated with a suspended ebay can never be used again on ebay.

You must make sure you avoid linking yourself.

Go though stealth guide, you'll see how to solve that problem.
Register new REAL bank account in bank which accept wrong name deposit. Add that bank with that WRONG name to Paypal account. Get a VCC with that WRONG name as well
