VCC question
 

I used to use ebay and paypal years ago and got limited because... well, long story. but they screwed me. like they do everyone

anyways, I just said to hell with it, left it alone for 7 years and just last month opened up a new paypal and ebay under a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name and obviously new IP address. so far, so good. sold 10 low cost items, got it shipped and got the money into my bank account (real bank acct since Paypal cannot see a bank account name or so I hear).

Called ebay and actually got an item increase based on the 9 feedbacks I had already received, lol. But I need to be able to get more than $500 withdrawn from the account a month. I could just spend the "overflow" money on crap I don't need but it'd be nice to just get the cash instead.

I hear a VCC will verify and lift that limit, however I've also read around here that in the US they limit accounts verified with Virtual Credit Cards. And also that to lift the $500 limit, you need to verify your SSN as well (even though their site says you only have to meet 2 of the 3 checks).

I'm dreading the day paypal realizes either I'm not who they think I am or that I've hit my $500 limit and will want some sort of ID which I can't provide.

Hoping a VCC will be proactive and throw them off any scent by making it look more real but like I said, confused by whether they will actually know its a VCC or a real CC or be able to tell where the country of origin of the VCC is.

Any help is greatly appreciated. I'm a new member by the way :)
