as far as the phone number thing im not sure..i know of a few solutions for U.S. but not for austrilia

The best answer that anyone could probably give would be to call the bank (or visit) and ask them. But since you are underage, they will probably not be allowed to make any changes without your parent's authorization.

With any bank, you'll need to be of age, with proper ID.
