PayPal ringing?
 

Iv just opened my first stealth PayPal Everything's confirmed on it I'm just waiting for entropay to verify my bank account so I can get the debit card set up. Iv had a couple of miss calls this morning while working off PayPal I didn't have the stealth account details on me so I'm waiting to hear back from them. Thing I'm worried about is if iv made a mistake somewhere and iv linked it to my old banned accounts that's why they are ringing, is it unusual for PayPal to ring so early on when youv just opened a new account?

You need to answer. If the calls are coming during the account setup process they're calling to verify something. You don't have to speak to a person just get the code and enter it in PayPal. But either way you need to answer if you don't want your account closed.
