Paypal is not transferring funds on new accounts
 

YEs know Paypal doesnt relay the funds to a new user account.

So I didnt have a Paypal and a buyer paid for auction by Paypal to my email. i made a Paypal account using the email and th emoney still is not in there.

then another auction ended and another buyer sent money to my NEW less then 4 hour OLD Paypal(same one as above) and i still have not receive the funds..

So i guess Paypal now is manually reviewing transferred funds on new Ebay and paypal accounts that come from auctions..

Emm, I haven't heard of anything like that from other sellers. Don't know what to tell you.

If the buyer does not have the funds in their pp account then you will be paid by an echeck, Maybe that's the problem?

it would still show the transfer. the status would be 'pending' instead of 'complete'

I dont think paypal would be doing this think about new customers to paypal that has never used paypal in there live and some one pays there email. When i open new paypals i always get payments right off even if i have them pending to my email.

Do u think they might have linked you and know your not a new customer.
