Supplying details
 

Wonder if I can get some help or pointer to a thread dealing with this.
Uk account paypal have asked for details update as I have reached limits.
Of course when they have asked details do not match equifax etc so it says either edit details or press cancel and supply documents...which I want to do .... but when I press cancel it just takes me back to resolution centre so I am going around in circles.
Question is can anybody tell me how I go about supplying documents when paypal have not specifically asked for them.

You may have to call up PP and get an agent to send you a barcode scanner sheet or something like that - is your account limited right now?

Sounds like you are doing it wrong.

Click on the link to lift receiving limit.

Enter all stealth info and hit submit.

When the electronic check fails for the second time they will provide the link to upload docs.

No account not limited I just want to up the receiving limits as I have hit £1900.
I have a business paypal attatched and they are asking for further details such as address dob etc. I have entered everything that is already on account but it has come up with. " we cannot verify those details" ...it is stealth account...and has an edit tab or a cancel tab. It says if you wish to cancel the details given and submit photagraphic evidence press cancel. But this does not lead me anywhere to send the photographic evidence.

You need to enter the details again and then it will give you the link to upload docs.

Sounds like you've got it sorted now anyway.
