Paypal Verification Question?

Hi I would like to know what is a great alternative if you dont have a link bank account linking it to paypal account to get verified. I have heard that you could use a gift card or virtual credit card linking to your paypal account to get verified? Is that true? What is a good website or place to purchase the virtual card to get verfied on paypal to sell on ebay. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you everyone!

In the US you can also use VBA to verify the account. The forum sellers sell these.
