Working AVS Credit Card in Canada for US Addresses

Hello there. Basically have been reading and still cant find exact answer for my question. I only have US based accounts but I need AVS Credit Card that I can buy in Canada but to be able to register US address for verification. Vanilla Visa, Vanilla MasterCard, RBC gift card or which ones that will do the job ?

RBC gift card can do the trick but needs to be registered to US address.

The others can work but have to manually call in sometimes
