Failed mbank verify

Hei men,
i'm new here,
i wanna ask u all one thing,

i have 10+ pp acc with mbank visa,
on 2 of these, when i tried to verify, they take 1$
but there was a note like: at the moment verification isnt available
now, i've 2 transaction for 1$ each, with no PIN, and visa is almost empty.
How to do?
if i do a reload for re-try??
