paypal verified with stealth,how to add bank to withdrawal funds.
 

I have a new ebay and paypal stealth account. Both or verified. paypal is verified, my question is when I try to add another bank account to use as the withdrawal option it gives me that error. How can I go around this or what should I do?

We need to know the error, Also have you double checked the numbers? Sometimes Paypal can be glitchy and give errors which can be easily fixed.

What bank you are using?

Now, if you have transactions pending you will not be able to remove an existing bank account. Is that anything to do with the issue?

Im trying to add another bank account in order to withdrawal but once I put in account and routing number and hit submit I get this message "we don't recognize the device your using to continue linking your bank account, please verify your account".
Then there's an option to receive an automated phone call for the security code.
It has the number you registered the account with & they also give you the option to add a number. Please advise cause without this I would not be able to add this card. I believe it has something to do with the IP in which it was created idk.. Any ideas??

Seems like a soft review? I would give it 3 hours and then try again. If not that, then 24 hours and wait it out..

Any other suggestions on what might be the problem when adding a VBA to withdrawal on a verified paypal stealth account and what i can do to solve it.

Once again the error message is telling me the device i am using is not recognized and gives an option to call the number the stealth account was created.

But of course i would not have access too that phone. They give me an option to add a number???

paypal need you to add a working phone number to get the code to confirm the activity you are attempting to do with your account.

Supply a 'clean' number. Nothing that has been used with paypal before.

I get an error message saying the is not registered under my name.. So its basically asking me to provide a number that matches the infomation the account was created with. How would that be possible if its a stealth account and the seller in which i bought the account does not provide a phone. What can i do??
