Used same card twice with two different paypals
 

I have one paypal account is works fine, today I tried to open another paypal account for new ebay, when I add the debit card, I forget one card is used in the first paypal, so it showed me I can not add same card in different paypal, do you think they will linked these 2 account?

Uh...I'd say yes. They have your same debit card as being tried to go on 2 paypal accounts...that is linked in my book.

IMO all you can do is too keep your fingers crossed and hope. Even though they may be linked, that isn't problematic until a problem happens, if you know what i mean.

the first paypal account is fine, but the ebay is suspend because of I set up the account and sell immediately, they close my account, actuary I never sell anything using the first paypal

just hope you can tell me if I need continue to use the second paypal.

Even though the IP's are different since you tried to put the debit card of the first PayPal on the new one then the accounts will be linked. Let me ask you this.... Did you use the same name and address on both accounts? Also, since the first ebay account is suspended your new account will be also if you used the same name info.

these two account I used the different name, different address, everything is different.

The reason is I just forget this card I used before, if you think it will be linked, then the best way to do is create another one to use

You used a card where paypal can see YOU REAL NAME?

what? paypal can see my real name, I think it is fine, I really don't know they can.

but because of first time I use the same one, then I use gift card to add.

you know that, in the USA, the same credit card, you can add some authorized user, the bank will issue you the same card number but with different user name in the card

Obviously you do not know that it is preferable to use a VCC to add to paypal RATHER than a bank issued acrd.

That allows the card to pass the AVS in the first place and for most is easier long term.

We don't use Bank Issued Cards! the whole point of using Gift Cards!!!!!! You obviously need to read more on stealth.

But you have to provide an SSN number for an authorized user. So, you can't have them issued the same card number with different name.

No, city bank credit card, you can add any name you like to your account, they will give you the same card number with different name

but at last I add a gift card to my second paypal account, I just wondering if I will continue to use this paypal with my ebay account?

I have a Citibank card and no they do not just add any name without you giving a SSN.
