Alternatives to bank accounts to withdraw from Paypal

Hello,

As I am not living in the US, is there a safe way for me to withdraw money? Except for using the account for transactions, I cannot think of anything.

This is I assume a US PayPal you are talking about here?

Payoneer (depeding on if its stealth or not) and a US bank account are your best options if so

Yes its stealth. So how would I get my hands on a US bank account?

You may be able to open one from your country, if not you will be able to open on in person in the USA

well up to 2k per month. im not based in the nl. everything is american

If your not based in NL then your flag should not be that country. Your flag needs to match physical location. Makes it a lot easier to answer questions like this

You need to apply for Payoneer. Since you are in NL and need a US based account to receive your disbursements, payoneer is the solution.
