There has to be a way to withdraw money from a paypal without having to get a new visa card every time. Is there?

Also is it possible for me to purchase a vba that has a vcc hooked up to it but just have the information virtual and I would be able to withdraw money from my paypal and purchase stuff online with that vba or vcc I withdraw the moeny to

you cannot withdraw to a card. you can only withdraw to a bank account.
So yes you do not need to get a card each time.

I use my normal bank accounts and entropay for the cards.

So do the same with a VBA & entropay.

from what i understand, most vba that are being sold you cannot use them withdraw funds, but there are alternatives that comes with a monthly fee.

You cannot withdraw to a VBA or to a VCC. You use a bank account to withdraw from PP

You absolutely need a bank account for withdrawal on PP US - or you can make purchases and other ways to spend the money
