Will Paypal Make Me Confirm Again a Bank I linked and Removed??
 

Will I have to confirm all over again a bank acct that was added and confirmed previously on my ppal? I don't see the bank on ppal so I must of removed it after adding a second bank. Having problems withdrawing from the 2nd bank. Now I want to put the 1st bank acct back on ppal.

Nevermind, I tried and said I already linked the account before. Didn't have to confirm. I did get the email notification that says I added a bank account and I have to confirm the 2 trial deposits that they have ALREADY retrieved. Yes, it said that, wtf?! Is this a glitch??

I transferred immediately 5 seconds after the re-link successfully.

I forgot to mention..

After I logged into my ppal, I mean AFTER I entered my password, the very next page that loaded was a captcha to verify. After entering the captcha then the 'logging you in securely' page loads up. Was 2nd time logging in with this IP today.

WHY did this happen? I now feel like the IP I logged in with... do I have to explain?

Please tell me this is random and it has nothing to do with it?
