You have received a pending credit card payment. However, to reduce credit card processing costs for accounts that do not pay fees, the ability to receive credit card payments is limited to Premier and Business accounts.

If you upgrade to a Premier or Business account, all of your pending credit card payments will be completed. With your upgraded account, you will receive a range of premium features, including the ability to accept unlimited credit card payments.You must pay fees for accepting money with a Premeir or Business account. i have used the search btw and found only that premier accounts will be getting removed soon. i would still like to make the sale go through, its a significant price

You can upgrade to premier in literally less than 10 seconds. You dont have to submit any documents to complete the process. There should be a link in the upper left-hand part of the "My Account" paypal page that says "Upgrade." Just go through that quick process and your account would be a premier account no problem.


going to try now from my phone with cookies cleared and see if it really is this easy and post my results here

well that was easy. now i just need to see if the order will actually go through on ebay, got wait to go home to teather though

This is kinda funky, considering that Personal accounts now have the ability to process credit card transactions (at least the new ones). Wonder what happened here. Error. Lol.

Some accounts still have the Premiere upgrade link, some of them have it completely removed now and replaced with a Business only upgrade. It's confusing.
