Paypal fee fluctuations???
 

I've noticed this for a while now. But I never figured out why. For example. I sell something for $9.95. paypal's fees for this is usally .63 cents. However, sometimes it jumps to .69 cents. I only noticed because I sell like 20 per day of these and I see the fee fluctuations. It would be .63, then .69, then .63 again. It also doesn't matter how much you got, this happens on any money you recieve. It happens to my $4.95 item too. The fee is sometimes .53, sometimes .49. WHY? Any one else noticed this?

Do the higher charges involve a foreign exchange of money? The rate for foreign exchange, the last time I looked, was 4.9% as opposed to 2.9%.

I didn't even think about that. Maybe that is the reason, but the majority of my sales are in the US. Thanks for that input though.
