Bank verification failed, Starting new account
 

OK, I started a new stealth eBay and Paypal account with everything new.
It's a Singapore account.

I made up the name and everything, but used the mobile number of my mum and the address of my mum's workplace (she's the owner of the business).
So this way I could buy items and I have bought several items on eBay.

The problem came when I tried to verify Paypal with the bank and they told me that their deposits were not accepted from my bank and the verification failed.
I suspect this is because the bank would not accept it from a different name.

OK, So I had this idea to open a joint bank account with my mum.
This way, I could use her name and operate it as my own account.
Her name has not been used so that's a good idea.

Now the thing...
Do you think that Paypal account which failed verification is flagged, or they wouldn't care about banking issues?
Because, I would like to re-use the same mobile number and address that I had used.
So they would be linked, which is alright as long as the accounts are not flagged.
Do you think its fine to use the same mobile and address?
I think it's better to have a legit number and address should they call and the address is good for buying and returns.
But I wouldn't use this old account any more since it doesn't serve my purpose any more.
