PP taking 30 days to check tracking, ridiculous!
 

I had a customer make a non delivery claim after 5 days because the item had not been delivered because their address was not totally complete. They put a "c" instead of "circle". PP put my $160 on hold and the item was delivered on day 9. I shipped using eb shipping & now they say they are investigating and will take 30 days to complete by a specialist. Really? In their system and it takes 30 days. I really have no problem with anyone who benefits from a mistake or gets over on eb or pp's part.

Just because they said it would take 30 days does not mean it will actually take that long.

If you have an account that you can call them without risk, oftentimes paypal business will close the case instantly for you if delivered, especially is signed for. Other than dealing with the stupid phone system to get to a rep, it is easy as cake if delivered.

Yes Crocus longer like it did to get my suspended accounts money last year, 7 1/2 months not 6.

The 6 months start the day after the "Last decision" was made. When you feel like you are beating a dead horse, stop calling:deadhorse: One of my sellers accounts was held last year. We got 50% back within 30 days, 50% of the remaining 50% after 90 days and were expecting the balance a couple weeks ago. Found out that the 6 months started again after they released the last batch of funds. :shhh:
