Is Paypal Customer Service down?
 

I just tried to call Paypal for an hour via their 888-221-1161 number but I can't seem to connect. Is it down or are they not taking google voice calls? Anyone else experience this?

are you phoning during the correct hours?
Hours maybe different on a national holiday.

I think they are down due to them updating their severs. I've been having problems logging into paypal for the past 2 hours now trying to print my shipping labels.
My UPS account is also doing the same. maybe Paypal and UPS are integrating better service or features. Logging in to paypal through my smart iphone works so I create a label from there and then reprint through ebay.
Hope this help other people having the same problem as me.

They have always been like this, but right one ebay and pp are updating their sites for the upcoming changes they made.

And also... Java is updating again and messing with some features of paypal.
