Paypal Guest User Question
 

Alright so my original paypal (non-stealth) account was limited. And I made another temporary paypal account with basically the same information however I have no cards linked to this new account. This new account got limited today. Since I was careful about unlinking my card after every purchase I figured I'd be able to use the card for guest checkouts without issues in the future. But it appears I'm not "allowed to use this card". How can this be when this card isn't linked to any of the limited accounts? Is this something I can call paypal about? Or should I just order a new card via my bank.

If I can't get the current card working today...I'll just a get a new one tomorrow via bank. Any thoughts? Sorry, if similar question was asked. I couldn't find what I was looking for after a cursory check. TIA!

First problem is when you say "And I made another temporary paypal account with basically the same information". If you use the same name, address, phone number you are linked. If you have ever used this card before to buy through PP, you are linked. Linking and unlinking does NOT unlink your card. PP holds their information forever. Having a new card issued to you with your name on it won't work (or at least I do not think it will).

If you open another PP account, you should not use your information again or they will limit that one as well

Please take a step back and rethink your strategy. As bjammin pointed out, you are reusing information and that will ultimately lead to you being limited again.

Stealth means using all new information. Best of luck,

Stealth involves using ALL new info - no old info, otherwise you will end up linked...not good - both accounts are in rough shape
