in the verifiing bank account process can i send money?

because i am getting the "sorry, you cannot send a payment at this time" deal

the only other time i tried to send money out of this account was to purchase off a website but they said we only accept verified accounts. so i buy a vba to verify, put it in this morning. but lost my debit card today so i figured i would send some money to my personal non stealth paypal and use my paypal debit and that is where i ran into this problem. also i was doing this from a android phone. and the account was created phone teathered to my pc from the same phone.

You can't send money to a bank account that isn't verified......

If you cant send from one paypal account to another it sounds like you have a soft limit on your account or its a system glitch.

Its not good stealthing to be sending money between stealth PP accounts and legit PP accounts. Have you done that before in the past?

no this is my ffirst stealth and my first payment I tried to send. how could I be limited already? would it matter if I had a ebay case open?

An open case on a new account is a problem.

darer' do you understand it is also dangerous to send from stealth paypal to real paypal accounts? You link yourself.
