I have questions need help !!
 
I have created a virtual paypal and ebay account, I used to buy not sell. I use a bank card with information on paypal (paypal name different to the name on the bank card). I just want to use it to purchase someone ebay. Any problem with that?

Is the card registered to the same address as the PayPal?

Yes as long as everything is new then you should be fine.

Address cant be the same address as your banned address.

Seems good OP - just make sure no links to OLD accounts...especially in CASE you want to turn it into a seller account later on...
