Never draw out large amounts of money at any one time. It flags the system. Also open more stealth accounts to spread your risk. Shop with your money rather than withdraw it. Paypal is happy to keep money within there paypal system. Once you are withdrawing they can go funny anytime.

I have been told the 200/20k deal is for credit card payments regarding tax purposes.

basically when you get paid via pp and the person used their cc as the backing.

ebay and pp will usually start to ask for ssn when you get close to the 200 trans or 20k amount either way.

Never call pp, that's just like kicking yourself in the nuts.

As long as it's not your first withdrawal and its not for $1000 and it's not going to empty your account you will be fine. I would start withdrawing like $475 every couple days.

Good luck.
