Why is paypal trying to pair my social with an address?.
 

If that address is not linked into the data base with that social or somthing will they ban me or somthing or ask for papers?. How does that work. Thanks.

They're pulling a soft credit check to verify past addresses or current to the one youre supplying with the SSN. Dont worry about social media not checking out. Its looking through your credit file.

If your social and current address don't match up they could limit or suspend the account. They are just trying to make sure you are legit on their end. Either way you have got their attention and once that happens it is hard to shake them. Safest bet is to start up a new account just in case.

I wouldnt say current address. As long as the address on PP is on your credit report somewhere, you should be alright. I do agree with you being on their radar now. Best advice would be to close up shop there and start new.

Addresses less than 2 years old may not be reflected on a Credit record.

That is why I will try to stay away from providing such information to PayPal.
