Problem with buyer and PP dispute
 

Buyer bought a brand new pair of shoes. He left positive feedback. After two weeks he opened a dispute at PayPal that item not like described. PayPal let him return the item to me. Now I am waiting for tracking number.
I recieved the photo of the shoes he sent me, and these are used, dirt and stinky shoes. Not the new ones he recieved.
Any thing I can do ?

You can try and submit proof to PP - will need lots of proof ...did you open it at the post office...witnesses? Going to be a tough fight though.

Buyers like this are what makes the selling practice sucky :( sorry to say

To me, it's an easy one......take a cell phone video of you opening the box and then some stills, contact ebay and paypal....I've had nearly identical situation and ebay gave me the money for the item.

You can also hope that he doesnt update a tracking number.
