Good way to Confirm Identity for stealth account
 
Hi,

I just got a email from PP saying "Your account has been limited until we hear from you". How can I do that with no problem? I guess I just sold an more expensive item to cause this problem.

What are they asking from you? Depending on how you setup your account it can be easy or you have to be a little creative with how you resolve their requirements.

Hi aspkin,

They are asking for confirming identity by giving me a call or add new phone number to call me. I can also choose to confirm location, photo ID, or provide address.

This is a stealth account. I have a GV number though.

Doesnt sound like much of a choice.

You need to provide all of those options in order to 'possibly' get the account unlimited.

You can't use GV for this, they need a landline. The easiest way is to just get creative.....

This can be fixed rather easily. Think outside of the box, send them what they want.
