Does Paypal Have Limits - Whats Safe

There is plenty of discussion regarding how manyy items to post on new Ebay account, but what about PayPal?. How many transactions or volume of money is safe?.

Not true. They limit my old paypal account 3 times in 1 year

Wasn't selling counterfeit goods, and I didn't have any complaints. The complaints did roll in after they limited my account. But I was only selling 20 inch spinning car rims and lift kits for cars that are in car shows.

They said the reason for the limit was another jump in my sales, which was the same thing they said the last time.
