In regards to this:
"For reasons relating to the safe use of the PayPal service we need some more information about some recent activity on your account. "

They asked for allot for info on suppliers/tracking/business registration

I have provided allot of info, which will cover all the bases.
Oddly they accepted one piece of info within hours,
but the rest is awaiting 'in progress' according to the resolution centre

However, I have had no response.
I called and they say they are reviewing it this week.

There is a significant amount in the account and its still going up.

I have been waiting 2 weeks.
what do you think I should do?

If account is still limited, call them up - nothing to lose now basically

I think I will.
The guy said there was nothing to worry about and they had everything they needed and it was up for renewal later.
But I think he just wanted me off the phone...

All the account is totally accurate with all our business info.
But I only updated it properly when prompted to by the limitation.

Do these things ever have a happy ending?

Yes, when everything is legit they can, and often do......however, if the products are coming from suspect sources, it most likely won't end well. But like rsot said....you've got nothing left to lose...call them up...BUT, if you get someone one with an asian accent, hang up and dial again....I would only discuss this issue with someone in the states....

In the UK we get through to the guys in Ireland.

I actually have all the correct documentation but its not easy to get your head around.

Update:

Spoke to an advisor:
Account was put up for review on the 11th
He said the max amount of time they can take is 2 weeks.
So will have a decision on or before Sunday.
It could go either way for me I think.
