When to withdraw?

my new paypal is off to a great start no more limits or crap like that.. I ship everyrhing on ebay immediate after I receive payment, I wonder how soon I can withdraw the money from each sale? I hear different stories on this. Is it ok to withdraw my money after I provide pp with shipping info or should I wait for them to show "delivered"

After the limits get lifted and the 90 hold is over, I always withdraw as soon as I can, I never wait for delivery......but I'm talking about a few hundred dollars...if you're talking thousands, then I don't know.

Withdraw slowly and always leave a little in the account. Paypal doesn't like to see an account withdraw all of its funds immediately
