Paypal Bank Requirements?
 

Do I have to attach a bank account to my Paypal? I will never transfer the money out of Paypal. I will just use my Paypal balance to buy goods for Amazon stealth accounts.

Are there any restrictions on my Paypal account if I do not attach a bank account?

If I do have to attach a bank account is there anyway to use a totally stealth bank account number to trick Paypal into thinking I have one? People have spoken of virtual bank accounts, not sure if that means they are totally stealth just to startup a Paypal account?

You can attach a reloadable debit card to the account. Those things have routing and account numbers so they look like bank accounts but arent.

Having a bank account attached decreases the chances you will be limited.

You can verify with a VBA I think in the US so there isn't any real need to unless you wanted to withdraw.

I take it this means Virtual Bank Account. So I can add a VBA and will it be able to place that small deposit that Paypal requires to validate? As far a Paypal is concerned this is the same as having a bank account attached?

Yes that is why in the market place here they sell vba's , they act like a bank and verify your paypal account

Verifying with a VBA will also help for sending and receiving limit increases.

VBA doesn't work outside US right?
