just a quick question. still pretty new to this site and no clue where to post this question.

I wanted to know if the Green-Dot visa/master Debit cards are a good successful choice as far as hooking them up to ebay/PP if they are properly registered a head of time with the corresponding Zip code to the new account created. Or is there a better card such as a Target Gift Visa? I just was not sure of which card is the best.

Vanilla Visa Gift Cards and VCC's sold on the forum are by far the best.

Vanilla Vias GIFT CARD...NOT the re-loadable visa...the true fixed amount GIFT CARD.
