PP 180 days buyer protection
 
Hi everyone. i got this e-mail last night. PP is doing the buyer protection from 45 to 180 days. that means even after 6 months of payment buyer can make a claim. what`s your opinion? i personally don`t like it.

I'm used to paypal and ebay doing anything they can to screw the sellers......just another hit to us, so to speak.

Its been announced for a while.

Paypal are doing it so that chargebacks stop hurting their bottom line.

Fortunately most buyers are honest, its only the unscrupulous ones who will abuse the changes.

Even though they announced this recently, they have LONG been doing this...they just took time to put it in writing - sucks

weird after a few quick searches everything I read said it was only for uk:noidea:
