Confusing about open a new PP account
 

I just bought ebay stealth and i still not pretty sure on these pages here it said on ebay stealth:
STEP 7 : If you using PP, you will need to open a new bank account under your real name and address, as long as the actual account number has never been used with ebay/papal.

My question is :
1.If i open a new papal account under my aunt's name, address and SS# but i put my bank account in paypal just to withdraw the money from PP. Is that going to works?

2. If i apply for PP account and put my real name, different from ebay information that i registered under my aunt's name. Is that going to works?

3.If i apply for a new PP account and put my real name that was suspended from ebay, Will this linked because of my name was suspended from previous ebay account?

Ebay Stealth was good and alot of great info but i was just confused with opening a new PP account.

1. It has to be a brand new bank account, you can not reuse the same account for multiple Paypal accounts. But yes, this will work.

2. It's best to have matching name, address, etc on both eBay and Paypal accounts.

3. Most likely not, but it's best to use either a different name or a variation of your name. For example if your name is Robert, use Bobby instead.
