Can paypal see what you buy?

Have a stealth account with about $1600 in it. Account is in good standing and everything. Address is UPS box etc etc. I actually want to get some stuff from best buy and walmart so they have paypal as checkout options. When you use those to pay with your paypal balance does paypal see what youre buying or is it like a credit card where they will just see $600 from best buy.

If you use any sites that uses Paypal's checkout system, of course they can. There's a reason why the items you bought shows up on Paypal reciepts.
