Still send items or not
 

I had to send in docs today as i hit limits but got a parting ways email saying i was a high risk,does this mean my docs would have passed but something else was wrong,i was late delivering a lot of items but no negative feedback?

Also i have funds avaliable,should i refund some customers or send there items as i can still make profit if i get my funds after 180 days?

refund, it makes no difference to ebay if you send them, they still look at like dirt

If your Ebay was "Limited" but not your Paypal AND you were paid for items then I would honestly not ship them out, refund the buyers because they can always file a claim. At this point you should just walk away.

Sorry it is my paypal which is at the £1900 limit,docs failed,If i ship all the items out which were paid for will the funds become avaliable after 180 days?

If not i am better to refund sellers rather than ship items.

Better to refund and move on.

If someone opens a case in ebay or paypal the funds are gone anyway and you'll be out an item.
