Can I open two PP accounts in different countries?
 

Hi,

Ive been using my PP account registered in USA for making eBay purchases.
I also sell at eBay but I use the services of a company that allows me to use their PP account.

Now PP is available in Paraguay and I would like to open an account in that country as well, I want it for mostly to receive payments.

Can I do that?

YES! It really depends on how you map your PayPal accounts. AR --> AR or USA -->USA, no issues.

It's good to have a matching IP address of the country you want to operate in.

You need to operate via stealth principles - new info and UNLINKED.

Let's say.. Same name and DOB

Different IP, country, address, phone, etc.

Would these 2 accounts be linked ?

I have an account with bank linked and thinking of a way to link a visa card to a different account with same name. Non UK account.
