Don't listen to the paypal support lots of the times they don't know what they are talking about and say anything its probably because
A) Fresh fairly new account
B) You got the funds and didn't let it sit in your account for a little
C) All of the above
Of-course there's other factors but those are the most common reason, they usually cap it ranging from 1-100$ the most you can send. Don't worry just leave it there for a little and don't keep messing with the account and keep trying to send payments because sometimes paypal might see that as fishy or potential fraud and they use the word fraud loosely. So yeah like i said let the cash sit there for a little a day or two and the limit will lift it self. Adding a vcc/debit card whatever you want most likely wont fix itself once that unable to send message is there so just wait it out. Having a debit card or vcc from my experience never seemed to make a difference, but ofcourse its always better to have those things attached your paypal account for a safer account :) |
