Buyer opened a case and then recieved item
 

Hello,

My problem is:
Buyer bought item, paid for it and after around 10 days he opened a case at PayPal.
Now, PayPal have gave him full refound from my funds.
I gave them (both pp and buyer) tracking number. Tracking shows that item is delivered.
I don't have a confirmation from post because it was dropshipping item from china.
I retract the case decision with screens of tracking information system that item is delivered. PayPal answered they need proof of sending.

Buyer is not responding to my mails

Is there anything more I can do to return MY MONEY back to me ?

Contact PayPal, be careful though since this was dropshipping.

I had this happen to me last week

Buyer purchased and received item
Buyer files complaint pp for unauthorized transaction
I show proof of delivery via tracking number
case closed
buyer then opens item not as described for same item (WTF?)
again, i prove delivery via tracking number was my only option pp gave me
buyer is told to return item for full refund
buyer sends me an empty box full of newspaper

buyer kept the $400 item, plus got his money back

Nothing you can do. It's all about the buyer

yes, its totally biased to the buyer.


to gamerguy- Ive ran into this before a few times

call ebay and tell them. They'll ask you to fax over a police report. Photoshop your name and address if it shows. You'll get your funds back

its a very very flawed system
