RushCard to verify PayPal?

Hello, can anyone tell me if I can use RushCard to get my PayPal account verified?
Also, how many VBAs can I make? Or are there better (cheaper) VBAs?

I dont recommend using RushCard, if you need to verify your paypal account to withdraw money you will need your own bank account, or if you just need to verify it you can look for VBA's to buy from reputated sellers in the forums, but you wont be able to withdraw any money to it. You can also get a Avs Card for paypal to lift withdrawal limits.
