Paypal Glitch : Unable to Add Bank (Verify)
 

YAY! MORE PAYPAL GLITCHES!

When trying to add a bank account and verify today..
"The PayPal server is currently experiencing some difficulties. Please try again later or contact Customer Service."

Other error dialog shows on the "new" Paypal design, but it's pretty much the same thing...
I had to call up support this morning and have them add the bank manually. After that, I was able to confirm.
Was required to give the last 4 digits of an SSN (just gave them any random numbers out of my head), wasn't on file and didn't seem to matter.

Complaints are pouring in. Paypal is aware of the issue and will probably try to fix it within' the next 24-48 hours.

last year, on July, 2013. the same issue for alot of new Paypal, lol

Which bank account were you using? Not a blacklisted one I hope? Cause those are known to be a reason for getting this message.
