Can personal accounts accept payment?

Pp told me to upgrade to premium/business to accept payments but they need my personal info.

Help please!

you can usually receive payments if you have a personal account but you cannot offer international Shipping or Immediate payment Option. If they are asking you for your Photo Id SS# and such then you will have to provide them with the information to restore your account. If you need to offer such feature then you will need to upgrade to a Business or a Premier Account.

is your account limited? If not then its best to upgrade to a Premier or a Business account.

I know you have quite a few posts all about the problem of this account amir - I don't recall all the issues but whay exactly is the source of this payment? Risky sale item? Is account limited now?
